Almost there…

The penultimate day of swimming and another trip up the coast towards Bateman’s Tower. I’ve enjoyed the change of direction and the slightly different currents. As the overall temperature of the sea has risen recently (it was 9.6 degrees today), I have also started to notice the subtle changes in temperature in different parts of the coastline. This is much more noticeable in the summer months when you can easily experience patches of warmth followed by streams of cold.

So, one more day to go and the official challenge for this winter will be at an end.
